EURO FRUITS ("EuroFruits", "we", "us") is a fresh fruit trading and export business based in Larissa, Greece. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. 2. Scope
This policy applies to www.euro-fruits.com. The website is informational. It does not provide user accounts, online checkout, or a contact form. When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media, the platform you use also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
3. Personal data we process
- Inquiries you send us: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, product interest, requested volumes, and the content of your message.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events processed by our hosting and content delivery provider, Cloudflare.
- Preferences: your selected theme and language, stored locally in your browser, and the acknowledgement that you have seen our privacy notice.
- Aggregate analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate page views and referrer information without cookies and without cross-site tracking.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, such as health data. Please do not send such data to us.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and preparing a possible business relationship — necessary for pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating, securing, and improving the website — our legitimate interest in providing a safe and functional service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising, remarketing, or profiling cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The site stores the following preferences in your browser's localStorage:

These values stay on your device until you clear your browser storage. They are not used for advertising or profiling. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not create a user profile.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We share data only where necessary:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, and aggregate analytics.
- Google (Gmail) — when you communicate with us by email.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok — when you choose to contact us or follow us on those platforms.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage a possible business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable commercial, tax, or limitation rules. Technical and security logs are kept for a short period appropriate to security monitoring. Aggregate analytics do not identify you. Preferences remain in your browser until you delete them.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. 9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, data minimisation, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Changes
